Saito Naotatsu had a secret, though he’s done his best to keep the deep yearning for his friend and fellow astronaut under wraps for years. And he’d been successful at it.

The small confines of the Station don’t leave room for anything except constant temptation, living in each other’s pockets, and reliance on each other. And that was before their weary crew of six couldn’t go home.

Turlach, already on edge from the constant stress over the never-ending life or death decisions, ends up turning his friendship with Saito upside down. But Turlach is distant in the aftermath and Saito doesn’t know if this problem will be the end of them or not.

Eli Masoe did his best, always, to look for the good things in life. It was hard, after almost three years trapped on the Station, to hold onto that optimism. Having friends helped, and the ones he was riding out the end of the world with were the best. In his opinion. Especially Yakecen.

Space, of course, is a very harsh mistress. The peaceful and cramped existence this merry little crew of six has is upended in a pretty spectacular fashion.

Yakecen Frias is skittish as a feral cat, and he knows it. Friends he can handle, especially a crew as tight as his are, but Eli catches him by surprise with his warm, generous heart and understanding nature. After almost three years of battling with himself over the deep things he feels for Eli, the outcome was inevitable. And then, of course, life has to get more dangerous still. Here’s hoping they make it out alive now that he has a life worth enjoying.
